Originally from Illinois, Fridal began her career as a personal trainer, a path she pursued for nearly 10 years. Her professional journey took her from Illinois to Florida, St. Thomas (U.S. Virgin Islands), and West Virginia. While in West Virginia, she began following the career of her husband, Jon, who is the head coach of CMU’s Men’s Soccer team.
Together, they’ve lived in Iowa and New Mexico before settling in Grand Junction, where they are raising their three daughters: Kinley, Maelyn, and Vera.
Fridal is passionate about spending time with her family, hiking, snowboarding, surfing, and working on woodworking and DIY projects. She is grateful to be part of the CMU community and to support the graduate program in Occupational Therapy, which has had a personal impact on her life. She finds great joy in assisting the program’s faculty and students in her role as staff assistant.
