Megan Radloff began her nursing career in 2013 on the Short Stay Unit, caring for post-surgical, medical observation, and outpatient clients. She also has experience as a float nurse, working in a variety of medical-surgical areas.

Radloff received her BSN and MSN from Valparaiso University. She holds a medical-surgical certification (CMSRN) and a healthcare simulation educator certification (CHSE). She teaches Foundations of Nursing, Health Assessment, Professional Development, and Simulation Lab. Simulation is a big passion of hers, as she also holds the role of Nursing Simulation Coordinator.

Radloff began teaching full time at CMU in 2019, and absolutely loves it! She moved from Bloomington, Indiana, where she taught as an adjunct clinical and lab instructor. Her favorite thing about teaching is mentoring and engaging with students on a personal level.

Her hobbies include hot yoga, aerial silks, and living a healthy lifestyle. She enjoys outdoor activities with her family and dog, a Morkie named Cinnamon.
