M.G. Hagy is a assistant professor of business, an experienced entrepreneur, and the author of The Entrepreneur’s Toolbox set to publish Spring 2026. With a career that spans decades in business ownership, consulting, and education, Mr. Hagy has developed and led multiple entrepreneurship programs that integrate real-world experience, cross-disciplinary collaboration, and mindset-driven learning.

Known for his practical, hands-on teaching style, Mr. Hagy specializes in helping students — especially first-generation college students and underserved populations — develop the skills and confidence needed to launch and lead successful ventures. He believes that entrepreneurship is not just a business discipline but a life skill rooted in resilience, adaptability, and creativity.

Mr. Hagy has founded several successful ventures, coached national championship teams in youth athletics, and pursued a career in professional racing in Europe before shifting his focus to business and education. His entrepreneurial programs are rooted in his personal journey — balancing grit, innovation, and service.

In August 2025, Mr. Hagy joined the faculty at Colorado Mesa University, where he continues building programs that align entrepreneurial thinking with personal growth, professional development, and community impact.

Outside the classroom, Mr. Hagy enjoys the outdoors, Formula 1, and time with family. Based in Colorado, he remains passionate about developing meaningful ventures and inspiring others to live with purpose, integrity, and drive.
